CHESS IS A RISKY BUSINESS, 1995
[Potter,Russell]

"Your play was so AGGRESSIVE; there is NOTHING in any book I have on the Saemisch line that you played". These were the perplexed words of my opponent approx. a half-hour after the game was completed. In truth, there was no profound opening novelty here; I just rammed my KW pawns straight ahead before getting castled. In fact, this kind of hyper-aggression shoud have backfired and landed me in a losing position. But then again, humanoids do NOT defend as well as computers do and so I took the risk. How did my macho recklessness pay off for me here ? [ MATE IN 4. ] 1-0
